bb44c Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bb44c. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bb44c ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bb44c website and all associated services, including but not limited to casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment processing.

By accessing bb44c, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. bb44c reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Important: bb44c is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. Using this platform if you are under 21 years of age is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

One Account
Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
Fair Withdrawals

1. Eligibility

Clause 1.1
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use bb44c. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. bb44c will conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on all accounts before processing any withdrawal request. Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited. bb44c cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected underage gambling.

Jurisdictional Restrictions
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of bb44c complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. bb44c does not represent or warrant that access to the platform is legal in every country or territory. You must not use the platform if your use constitutes a violation of applicable law. Players from the following categories may not register:
  • Persons under 21 years of age.
  • Persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute.
  • Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of bb44c.
  • Persons who have been self-excluded or banned from the platform.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Clause 2.1
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active account with bb44c. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. bb44c reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to the same individual and to void any bets, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact our support team immediately.
Clause 2.2
Account Information Accuracy
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your bb44c account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or KYC. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. bb44c may request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided at any time.
Clause 2.3
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bb44c login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. bb44c will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bb44c support immediately by contacting us at [email protected].

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Clause 3.1
Accepted Deposit Methods
bb44c accepts deposits via the following payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each method and are displayed on the deposit page of the platform. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name:
  • bKash — instant processing, minimum ৳100 per transaction.
  • Nagad — instant processing, minimum ৳100 per transaction.
  • Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard — processing times and minimums as displayed on the platform.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your bb44c account. bb44c does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes for bKash and Nagad. bb44c reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
Clause 3.3
Currency
All transactions on bb44c are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are all expressed in BDT. bb44c does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player and any associated fees are borne by the player.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Clause 4.1
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses offered by bb44c are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are stated at the time the bonus is offered. By opting into any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms of that promotion. bb44c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash except where specifically stated, and not applicable to progressive jackpot games unless otherwise stated.
Clause 4.2
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion, all bonuses awarded by bb44c carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific bonus terms.
Bonus Abuse: bb44c actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched-bet strategies, arbitrage wagering, and low-variance play intended to clear bonus requirements with minimal risk. bb44c reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bb44c and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the platform.
  • Engaging in collusion with other players to unfairly influence game outcomes.
  • Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or game glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
  • Opening or operating accounts on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any customer support interaction.
Consequence: bb44c maintains comprehensive audit logs of all platform activity. Where fraudulent or prohibited behaviour is identified, bb44c will take all appropriate steps, including account termination, fund forfeiture, and cooperation with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Clause 6.1
Player Protection Tools
bb44c provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools from their account settings. These tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and alerts; cool-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion. bb44c encourages all players to use these tools proactively to maintain healthy gaming habits. Clause 6.2
Self-Exclusion
Any player may request permanent self-exclusion from bb44c at any time by contacting our support team. Once a self-exclusion has been activated, bb44c will close the player's account and take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account. During a self-exclusion period, any promotional materials from bb44c will be suppressed for that player. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account are a material breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property and Disclaimers

Clause 7.1
Intellectual Property
All content on the bb44c platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of bb44c or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written permission of bb44c. Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others) and is used under licence.
Clause 7.2
Limitation of Liability
bb44c provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb44c excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bb44c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party payment processing delays.

8. Amendments and Governing Law

Clause 8.1
Amendments to These Terms
bb44c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bb44c will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the bb44c website. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
